Position SummaryUnder the direction of the PerinatalCoordinator, provides education and resources to pregnant women and theirfamilies in a classroom or tour group setting on a wide range of topics thatassist the family unit through the childbirth process, baby care anddevelopment, sibling interactions, reproductive health, pregnancy, andbreastfeeding.

Must act as a role model and resource person. Discretion is required in handling confidential information. Must be able to teach or lead groups on a variety of days, evenings and weekends. Education/QualificationsCurrent BCLS Previous prenatal education experience preferred.
