Training and DevelopmentA.??? Training Courses ? Organize, schedule, and track training courses. May develop training curriculum as neededB.??? Training Materials - Order, maintain, and restock training tools and materials necessary for trainingC.??? Classroom Management ? Schedules training location, then ensures training location is prepared for instructionD.??? Apprenticeship Program - Coordinate and maintain the apprenticeship program including organizing and maintaining apprenticeship training documentation?2.?????? Skills AssessmentA.??? Greet Candidates - Checks candidates in prior to assessment?3.?????? Office SupportA.??? Provide administrative support to the department, such as collecting and organizing training documentation, scheduling training, and ordering suppliesB.??? Providing real-time scheduling support by organizing and coordinating the scheduling of students, instructors, and materials in support of multiple training coursesC.??? Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliesD.??? Assist newly hired employees with their onboarding paperworkE.??? Provide general support to visitorsQualifications
  • Proven administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
