The role We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Inside sales will play a fundamental role in achieving Chicago Pneumatics ambitious distributor acquisition and revenue growth objectives. One must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, order entry and order management in SAP, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Research distributor accounts, identify key players and generate interest

* Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

* Maintain liaison between Sales, Marketing and Service Operations departments.

* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

* Provide technical assistance and up sell customers in the selection of tools, parts and accessories, and application knowledge for all CP brands of products.

* Work in conjunction with Inside Sales campaigns and programs.

* Identify discrepancies within distributor classifications for discount as well as pricing.

* Process and audit orders for accuracy from customers via E-mail, fax, EDI & eConnect and enter into SAP.

* Respond to customer inquiries such as delivery dates, pricing, shipment tracers, product specifications and performance, competitor crossover, and providing overall assistance necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Process credits / returns, issue RGA s, and post ship billings.

* Provide feedback on distributor / customer reaction to CP and competitor s programs.

* Coordinate shipments issues with the warehouse and Distributor Partners.

* Propose suggestions to improve the efficiency of and environment in the Customer Service / Inside Sales Department.

* Other duties as assigned Skills and experience Skills:

* Proven inside sales experience

* Track record of over-achieving quota

* Strong phone presence and experience communicating with distributor partners and customers via phone, email and social media.

* Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

* Effective capability with a laptop computer MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)

* Strong listening and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Technical Capability:

* SAP experience

* Technical capability in automotive and/or heavy truck service tools preferred.

* Must be flexible and able to work in a fast pace environment. Are we a good fit? Experience:
