Senior ServiceNow Engineer - Boston MA Our client, a leading investment management firm in Boston, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join their team! As the Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and administrative functions supporting the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other IT platforms (e.g. SCCM) Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports for business leaders. Maintain Service Portal and Service Catalog implementations as directed by process owners. Maintain and improve Discovery implementation in concert with users of the data. Consult with teams responsible for asset and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) maintenance to improve the quality and usability of data stored therein. Troubleshoot issues with ServiceNow support and track root cause analysis with their incident team. Lead ServiceNow project initiatives through requirements gathering, development work, and production releases. Work in alignment with the firm's change management and communication processes to minimize the risk of a defect. Ensure maintainability of the platform through upgrades by following established best practices for development. Manage platform upgrades, including reviewing relevant release notes and communicating expectations to all users of the platform. Create and maintain documentation of system configurations. Widen the use of ServiceNow at the firm by partnering with stakeholders to implement existing applications and develop new ones. Coordinate development efforts with outside vendor/partner as necessary Qualifications ITIL Foundation certified ServiceNow System Administrator certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certified 3-5+ years of ServiceNow Admin/Developer experience Experience with JavaScript and HTML and Service Portal technology Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration Experience with relational databases Ability to present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure Willingness to learn new ServiceNow applications and functionality If you are qualified and interested in learning more about this role, please send your current resume to Matt at
