CompanyLand Advisors Organization (LAO) is a national land brokerage company which has grown from a local firm in metropolitan Phoenix to the nation's leading land brokerage. The firm currently consists of 24 offices in 10 states with additional expansion planned. The Scottsdale office serves the company as its headquarters while also being the central hub providing marketing, research and other services to our offices and producers. With the firm's growth and the strength of the markets where we operate, we have rapidly growing needs for the production of physical marketing materials and collateral, coupled with expanding our electronic presence using graphic design.-- Position & Responsibilities This position will focus primarily on the production of print and electronic materials. The candidate shall have experience and a strong aptitude in the production of materials along with excellent graphic design abilities. This position receives direct supervision from the Marketing Manager and review of work generally occurs at frequent intervals. This individual will work collaboratively with other marketing team members, our research department, and the firm's producers.--As the job involves preparing time sensitive materials, long hours may sometimes be required, and a strong organizational and prioritization mindset is key. The position will initially focus primarily on production of materials and collateral but will also offer the ability to grow within the marketing team and the firm overall. A hunger for growth is ideal, as other tasks may be assigned as needed. QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have a bachelor's degree with a graphic design and production emphasis. Approximately 1-5 years of production-related marketing experience is required. Knowledge of Real Estate Industry is a significant advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated teamwork, excellent project management skills, good design instincts, strong organization and attention to detail is required. Proficiency is required in MS Office, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photo Shop are a must, as well as strength in utilizing web-based tools and platforms like Salesforce, MailChimp and WordPress. Comfortable with basic HTML is a plus.
