Benefit Specialist will be trained 100% on the different programs/plans available and how to assist prospective members in their hunt for the perfect money saving plan. Specialists are trained to answer questions and be very knowledgeable of each program and/or plan. The candidate will also be able to talk with and assess the needs of the prospective members and assist them with online applications as well as serve as a person of integrity with this company to develop a trustworthy rapport with the client. No hard sale tactics or sales experience is necessary since the Benefit Specialist will serve as a representative of the company and the plan/program. National Recruiters will be trained to bring on ambitious and motivated individuals to work with this company and serve as mentors and/or coaches to the new team members. Recruiters understand and know all the aspects of the company, positions, and training program. They will be talking with and interviewing prospective team members daily and will also be trained to work with online marketing to put together campaigns. Recruiters will determine who is or is not the right fit for different positions as well as the company altogether. Being able to establish a quick rapport and being comfortable talking with individuals on the phone daily will be helpful with this position but NO experience is necessary or required.
