They areseeking a powerful, creative, dynamic, and inspiring leader whowill expand their sales expertise and will actively sell alongsidethem.The successful candidate is a top producer with strong consultativeselling and coaching skills. He or she is experienced in developingsuccessful, integrated marketing campaigns across multipleplatforms, including digital, print and events.DutiesGenerate advertising revenue by consistently meeting andexceeding monthly and annual goals. Manage and develop multi-media sales professionals. Develop new business and manage the sales cycle from start tofinish. Maintain an active schedule of face-to-face appointments andprospecting calls. Develop and maintain strong C-level client relationships. Represent KCBJ at company-sponsored and community events.SkillsFive+ years sales management experience. Digital media sales experience. A strong track record of consistent revenue growth. Effective time management skills. The ability to exceed expectations in a results-orientedenvironment. Professional written, verbal communication and interpersonalskills. College degree preferred. Experience in MS Office, Excel and Salesforce.Must have a valid drivers license
