Our new Real Estate Inside Sales Associate / Office Manager is a leader who is self-motivated, has strong customer service, organizational, and leadership skills and has the ability to problem solve. This position reports directly to the owner and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running and management of the company. Duties include managing phone and e-mail communications, oversight of routine updates to websites, managing the company calendar and other social media and staff management.

Our ideal candidate will provide leadership and general office support. This includes fielding phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person and providing support. You will be acting as the lead resource for administrative support and will maintain both hard copy and electronic office files. Talking to home sellers interested in selling their property, gathering information, coordinating the monthly office schedule, running meetings, and creating mailings are also key functions of this position.

Responsibilities:
--- Qualify all our inbound seller leads, schedules appointments for our acquisition's reps, and nurtures existing leads within our CRM. Once a lead is on the phone, it is this position's responsibility to gather information relevant to the potential acquisition of the property. During the phone conversation, this position is expected to do basic lead qualification and determine the reason for the potential sale, and the urgency of the opportunity. When as much information as possible has been gathered, this position is expected to move the lead to the next step or set up and schedule appointment for the Acquisition Representative.

Lead Management:
--- Organize new listings, update pending and closed listings
--- Provide contract assistance to other positions in the company
--- Updating company database
--- Create checklists
--- Manage team to goal accomplishments
--- Provide status reports
--- Communicate regularly with the owner
--- Responsible for interviewing and hiring support staff
--- Review and implement policies and procedures
--- Handle all incoming/outbound marketing calls
--- Build a quick rapport with sellers, gather information, enter appropriate data into company CRM
--- Setting appointments for staff as needed
--- Rapidly respond to all lead sources
--- Database management - ensure all leads have appropriate and detailed notes, and all leads have an appropriate next step
--- Handle returned mail
--- Continual follow up with leads
--- Sending out offers

Qualifications:
--- The ability to speak to and work with sellers of homes in distress
--- Must have reliable transportation, laptop and a smartphone
--- This position is Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm CST. This position must be available 40 hours per week
--- Ability to multi-task. Highly organize. High attention to detail
--- Speaks and writes in fluent English
--- Enjoys talking with people
--- Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles or Mortgages
--- Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills
--- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
--- Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur
--- Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently
--- Management ability with team members, clients and vendors
--- Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
--- Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with broker associates, clients, and the public
--- Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more
--- Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work Monday thru Friday
