Assist the regional controller in different accounting areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Cash receipts and A/R recording 2. Gross receipts taxes/Business License filing 3. Prepare and process personal property tax filings 4. Process month-end balancing and journal entries 5. Prepare and process sales tax returns 6. Assist with setting up credit accounts and credit limits7. Assist Regional Controller in completion of assigned tasks during month end, quarterly and year and closings 8. Performs all other duties deemed necessary or assigned Qualifications & Competencies1. Minimum of 3 years related work experience in construction or manufacturing2. Excellent communication and organizational skills 3. Accounting background necessary 4. Attention to details5. Strong analytical and math skills 6. Experience with Microsoft Office7.
