This position will be based in our fabulous corporate headquarters, featuring a state-of-the-art gym, game room, and a bistro! Responsibilities: - Data Maintenance: Gather information from various company applications and maintain data in our Internal Audit application. This involves exporting data to Excel from that application - Audit Preparation Assistance: Gather information from various company applications in support of the preparation of upcoming audits - Audit Reporting and Communication: Facilitate the communication of audit results, gather information on all audits and compile audit results by auditor - Certification Management: Coordinate the quarterly process of obtaining certifications from company managers using DocuSign - Board Committee Meeting Preparation: Gather information to support Board Committee meetings - Department Administration: Perform a range of administrative duties such as receiving and directing all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, managing conference room scheduling and ordering of office supplies2019 WORLD'S MOST ADMIRED COMPANIES LIST #1 in Home Building Five Years in a Row - Fortune magazine Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - 5 years of relevant experience - Expertise in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload - Computer proficiency - Open and willing to learn new skills We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental, 401(k) with a company match, discounted stock purchase, discounts on mortgages, homes, appliances, and much more!
