Qualifications - Clinical background not required but strong sales experience, skills and track record is ideal - Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities - Effective interpersonal interactions, both within the practice staff and physician individually - Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, CRM, Excel, PowerPoint required - Ability to work independently - Ability to travel within the territory (No overnight travel) - Valid driver's license Learn More About Us. **************************** Since 2000 HealthWright Technologies was founded on the idea of helping independent practices and physicians grow their businesses by providing ancillary services and FDA approved devices that not only provide better care for their patients but also create streams of revenue. The right person must have a proven track record of sales success, prospecting, marketing and closing. This is not an entry position into sales but an entry opportunity into medical sales. We provide product training, mentoring and a great financial opportunity for the right candidate. You provide your experience, drive and talents. First year earning potential between $100-150K. Responsibilities - Responsible for meeting quota on assigned accounts within the territory on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis - Develop strong relationships and physicians through clinical knowledge of procedures and products - Based on assigned territory goals, be able to develop call plan for the week/quarter ahead, and work with Sales Director to review and agree to final plan - Responsible for delivering clinical in office sales presentations to physicians - Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge - Where applicable, assist in the management of complications at assigned accounts - Responsible for maintaining and improving product deployment skill level of customers - Proactively communicate on a weekly basis; provide regular updates on accounts, and customer situations - Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company - Comply with all company and HR policies What is expected of you and others successful individuals at this level - Ability to prospect independently.
