Position: Tenure-Track Faculty Department: Mathematics and ComputerScience Location: Columbia, MO Type: Full-Time Faculty Employer Department of Mathematics and Computer Scienceinvites applications for a full-time tenure-track position inComputer Science with start date of August 2019. Rank andsalary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Teaching responsibilities include a 4:4 load of ComputerArchitecture and Cybersecurity related courses such as Networks,Operating Systems, Compilers, and Programming Languages, as well asan introductory programming course in C++. Teaching will primarilybe in our Columbia, MO undergraduate program. Administrativeresponsibilities include curriculum and program development ofCybersecurity offerings for the entire college includingnon-traditional venues. Qualifications: A strong commitment to undergraduateteaching and a Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related fieldis required for this tenure-track position at an Assistant orAssociate Professor rank. We will also consider applicantswith a Master's degree in Computer Science for a non-tenure-trackposition at the rank of Instructor.
