A software company is in need of a Telecommute Overnight Technical Support Specialist.Core Responsibilities Include: Participating in root cause analysis and communicating findings to customers Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating solutions with the technical team Assisting in monitoring class times as well as providing follow-up with professorsSkills and Requirements Include: 2 – 3 years experience working in a service-oriented, customer support, technical support or related field Ability to identify service improvement opportunities and automation proposals Ability to work evening and weekend hours to support students at peak times Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft Operating Systems
