Treasury Analyst -- Job Description SUMMARY Responsible for daily cash management activities, research, as well as work as the liaison between the company and financial services providers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Serve as liaison between the company and financial services providers, including, but not limited to: * Banks * Armored Car companies * ATM companies * Prepare electronic funds transfers in online banking systems * Image electronic funds transfers and bank documentation using Imagequest * Maintain schedules and related documentation, including, but not limited to: * Monthly Bank Balances * Equipment Leases * Vendor Payment Program * Attraction Ticket Accounts * Maintain Analysis Statements and related documentation * Support resorts' operational cash needs, including, but not limited to: * deploy appropriate hardware and supplies * execute change orders * provide technical support * Administer treasury management information systems, including, but not limited to: * monitor user access * provide user training * Identify and implement process improvements while minimizing costs * Maintain Cash Management e-mail in-box * Perform research and assist in resolving errors; * Place stop payments on checks * Distribute daily mail for department Serve as backup in performing merchant services operations, including, but not limited to: * merchant services administration * order new card terminals and performing maintenance SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A QUALIFICATIONS In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Advanced to Expert Microsoft Excel and Access skills * Tableau skills desired * Detail-oriented * Proficient verbal, listening and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills * Critical thinker and ability to prioritize EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required with three to five years treasury and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and small group situations with other departments and financial institutions. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
