**Contract Specialist ? Jacksonville, FL onsite** _This is a full time direct role with Kelly OCG (Outsource Consulting Group). You will receive full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision and paid vacation, holidays and sick time etc._ **_Salary_** _: 65k_ **_Contract_** _: open ended contract_ **Duties:** + SME on contracting program (PRIZMA) + SME on eMarketplace (eMP) + Administers, prepares, reviews, and submits contracts for health care professionals, Third Party Vendors, Advisory Boards, Cross Border Authorizations for OUS (Outside the US) contractual arrangements, Cross Border Authorizations/Due Diligence, and double-blinded research agreements for US North America and Global Professional Education Solutions + Administers contracts through their lifecycle, including but not limited to system setup, records retention, payments, renewals, and close-outs + Interact with Health Care Compliance Office/Healthcare Compliance Officer and legal department + Review all compliance updates with Compliance officers to ensure revisions reflect current policies. + Change or update to reflect new government laws and regulations + Review all compliance updates with Compliance officers to ensure revisions reflect current policies. + Update and maintain contracting request procedures, forms and checklists + Update and maintain procedures, forms and checklists to ensure alignment with corporate and company policies. + Prioritize and process requests from North America and Global for external contracting relationships, including Health Care Professionals, Third Party Vendors, Advisory Boards, Cross Border Authorizations, Outside the US (OUS) contractual arrangements, and double-blinded market research agreements + Track the progress of each contract, PRIZMA transaction, and eMarketplace Purchase Orders + Ensures final closeout of contracting and PRIZMA transactions to include providing and attaching appropriate close out documents and materials, as well as reducing and closing out associated Purchase Orders + Participate in internal, external and corporate audits + Work with Finance to ensure budgets are funded based on contracting/Purchase Order requirements/projects + Liaisons with North America and Global partners, customers, Third Party Vendors, Finance, Accounts Payable, Health Care Compliance, and eMarketplace for appropriate resolution of issues, decisions and related contractual matters **Qualifications:** + BA or BS preferred + 1 or more years? experience as a Contracts Administrator + Experience with legal terminology and legal contracts or contract management + Experience with Health Care Compliance and government reporting regulations, and Outside the US (OUS) Health Care Compliance regulations, cross border authorizations and due diligence + Highly proficient in Windows 7, Microsoft programs e.g. Outlook, Word and Power Point & Excel + Experience with PRIZMA, Totality, ARIBA, ARAVO, eMarketplace, Concur and Lynx SAP preferred + Team Player, energetic, and professional ability to work with multiple customers, Health Care Professionals, Third Parties, and global counterparts + Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage complexity required + Ability to challenge requests to ensure they meet Health Care Compliance, Government, Federal, State and local laws as well as company policies + Excellent written and verbal communication, with high level of confidentiality + Experience working in a global organization helpful **Additional Detail:** + **We appreciate all our applicants, but we are not able to sponsor now; no C2C or H-1B.
