**CMT - Estimation Functional Lead (Enabling Senior Consultant)** This role is for a resource with be responsible for all aspects of functional design including requirements gathering including a good understanding of the technical aspects of Deloitte s project estimation solution. This person will be responsible for planning, managing, directing, and coordinating all functional activities on the estimation team as well as being the technical point of contact for developers. They will be responsible for designing a product that meets customers needs and is user friendly by developing conceptual designs and liaison with stakeholders to review and gather requirements, collect feedback, and facilitate user testing. **Work you ll do** + Support prioritization of Features based on business value and need + Prioritize User Stories based upon Feature priority + Lead Sprint Planning and Product Backlog Refinement + Maintain and groom the product backlog regularly + Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria + Create dashboards to view daily sprint progress + Facilitate Sprint retrospectives + Support Agile team in gaining a full understanding of the Feature / User Story so it can be estimated and further decomposed + Define new solutions to meet business requirements + Review conceptual designs with stakeholders + Gather and maintain feedback traceability + Complete data analysis or data gathering to support Feature design + Support agile team with questions on requirements + Ensure team is adhering to processes as defined by the team + Support technical team in defect root cause analysis + Provide L2 support and utilize information to improve user experience + Develop excel accelerators, prototypes to integrate with other tools using macros + Support testing and signs off on the features released by testing the requirements + Define User Acceptance Testing approach and plan + Facilitate UAT & Integration testing with stakeholders + Define training and communications content and support development + Support continuous improvement: design and agile processes + Create Deployment strategy plan for monthly deployments + Develop support knowledge base and train L1/COE resources on new features released + Leverage Omniture analytics to understand usage and user interaction + Challenge the technical design so the team can arrive at the optimal solution + Responsible for being a counselor to other team members (functional, technical or testing) **The team** To keep pace with the dynamic client needs and changing marketplaces we serve, Consulting Methods & Tools (CMT) continues to enhance global client service delivery through innovative solutions, methods, and tools.
