**Role Summary:** The Lead Project Management Specialist, Intellectual Property will be a lead expert, influencer at the manager level on strategic plans, projects and initiatives, and responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the Global Innovations IP function. **Essential Responsibilities:** ? Responsible for defining, deploying and managing project management related processes and support tools related to IP Operations, Trademarks, Billing, Inventor Remuneration, and GE Healthcare?s IP Management System. ? Develops and executes to a quarterly plan to ensure overall operational excellence and continuous system/workflow improvement within the Global Innovations IP function. ? Engages in discussions with other functions, internal customers, and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. ? Communicates across direct organization, presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. ? Provide reports, statistics, and data analysis as necessary to support recommendations. ? Liaise between external service providers and GE Healthcare teams. ? Support M&A activity in local jurisdiction with items including but not limited to, completing required tasks to ensure name changes, assignment changes and re-assignment of insourced workload at global patent offices. ? Maintain IP budgetary records. ? Monitor compliance with budgetary guidelines and work standards. ? Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. ? Provide support to other members of the Global Innovations IP team to enable efficient IP operations aligned with GE Healthcare?s business objectives. ? Work cross-functionally across the Global Law & Policy Team and other internal functions. **Qualifications/Requirements:** 1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management). 2. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Processes and Tools. 3. Excellent written, oral communication and IT skills. 4. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable for this dynamic role. 5. Exhibit qualities that illustrate a dedication to quality and complete customer satisfaction. 6. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own. **Desired Characteristics:** 1.
