Here's what you can expect in this role:

A contact center job answering calls from customers seeking assistance with health-related products and services including enrollment, plan eligibility and coverage.

We are not a telemarketing company. We take calls for current and prospective customers of AON and we identify insurance needs, recommend packages of coverage tailored toward the customer, sell the benefits of becoming an AON member, close the sale and move on to the next call. We do this for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

A guaranteed 40 hours per week and set schedules.

You will never have to worry about "closing" one night and then "opening" the next day on 4-5 hours of sleep (anyone who's ever worked in retail or the service industry knows exactly what we're talking about). We also have opportunities for overtime throughout the year if you are looking to earn extra income!

Here's what you need in order to be considered for this incredible opportunity:

18+ years of age
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
A drive to achieve results
A genuine interest and passion for helping people
Ability to pass a lifetime Federal fingerprinting, 10 year Background check and a Drug test
