This software sales position requires a talented “hunter” who hits the ground running every day focused on creating new opportunities with new contacts and leveraging existing relationships.You will have the freedom to operate as you see fit to cover your multistate territory. You can live anywhere in the United States as long as you live close to a major airport. Duties and Responsibilities· Hunting for new business using innovative and creative techniques to grow sales of our unique K-12 education software· Invest time on the road personally calling on school administrators as needed· Manage all opportunities through the full sales process from qualification to close· Utilize phone, webinar and on-site visits to nurture leads and manage the sales cycle of those leads to purchase· Conduct software demos remotely via GoToMeeting webinars or on-site· Meet face-to-face with prospects, current customers and build relationships· Attend strategic local, state and national conferences· Build strategic relationships within the region to develop future sales opportunities for new products· Leverage the power of our CRM Salesforce system to easily keep up with your contacts, your leads, your opportunities and critical follow-ups to close new business.· 35% travel requirements· This position will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer About Us806 Technologies is a well-established and growing K-12 education software company based in Frisco, Texas.
