Job DescriptionQualifications:
  • 3 – 5 years sales, management, or direct customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Public Speaking & Professionalism
  • Build rapport with customers in person and cultivate solid relationships with team members
  • B2B or B2C sales experience is ideal but not required
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plusRequired Skills

      • Continuously lead and train others in sales
      • Adhere to company and client Code of Conduct
      • Manage and delegate territory to the team
      • Assist in development planning like new hire training
      • Sell the clients products and services to establish new customers, manage current customer accounts (upgrades, new promotions, etc.)
      • Inspire other sales team member’s performance
      • Monitor and report your sales results on a daily and weekly basis
      • Be able to set and hit goals consistently
      • Coach and develop your team into a fine tune selling machine
