The Guest Services team members play a vital role in our hotels operations. The Guest Services team member will care for hotel guests and ensure their health and happiness while in our care. You must have strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and be an enthusiastic team member. Team members work together in a fast paced, detailed oriented environment to ensure that all guest needs are met.


Guest Services team members are responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

The ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.

Sets and maintains exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

A high level of attention to detail.

Ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks and the work environment

Operating equipment and uses chemicals assigned safely and efficiently.

Organized and uses time management skills to stay on task to assigned duties

Preparing and passing out meals.

Administering medications as directed by owner.

Managing dog play groups.

Performing varies a la carte services.

Refresh guest rooms, laundry, dishes, and miscellaneous cleaning duties.


Ability to handle all breeds of dogs on leash or off leash in a pack environment.

1 year experience in customer service, veterinary hospital, animal shelter, rescue group, or other related field.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.

Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours a day.

Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, etc.)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

MUST be available to work holidays, weekends and nights.
