Adecco is recruiting for a successful Account Manager in the Audio Visual arena.

• Manage various aspects of outside sales representation, lead development, and building the Company brand in Southwest Idaho and Eastern Oregon
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings at corporate, government, and medical facilities and remote client sites, as well as at our showroom
• Prospect and develop an active pipeline
• Generate new business by responding to manufacturers? and other leads and following up on referrals
• Respond timely to phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
• Meet bi-monthly with President to review sales and opportunities
• Be involved in the local community by networking and joining local organizations
• Proactive and value added client interactions and record activity in software; providing first-in-class customer service
• Gather relevant information about client needs; submit a completed design request to engineering
• Prepare take-offs and executive summaries outlining client solutions and prepare quotes and present designs to clients
• Provide after-sales support and customer satisfaction assurance via interaction with installation teams for problem resolution
• Regularly complete continuing education in sales, product knowledge and business development
• Have proven sales skills developed by building strong relationships and possessing the ability to influence others
• possess negotiation skills fueled by strong confidence and professionalism
• connections to the Eastern Idaho business community
• be willing to work evening and weekends from time to time and work out of town travel, as necessary
• have time management skills, be reliable and honest, willing to invest in continuous improvement; and have excellent communication and computer skills.
You must have a general or in-depth understanding of or experience with one or more of these areas of expertise
Audio Visual & Automation; Video Conferencing; Computer networking; Control and Video distribution; Structured Cabling
• 2+ years of experience in the audio/visual industry with an integrator, manufacturer or distributor
• 5 years of sales experience
• Technical knowledge and proficiency in basic MS office applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor?s degree equivalent required
