The Client Services Department is responsible for updating clients on the status of our services concerning their inventions. The organization takes pride in maintaining contact and assisting clients with the service program. A Client Service Representative?s primary responsibility is to address all questions and concerns a client may have in a friendly and efficient manner. Secondary duties include company research and compiling lists for direct mailings, support for creative services staff relating to client updates in the written form.

Responsibilities and Duties:

?Communicate via inbound and outbound telephone calls with consumers.
?Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
?Accurately document and update records in required systems.
?Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
?When applicable, attempt to resolve consumer issues by maintaining diplomacy and tact when dealing with complaints and/or difficult situations.
?Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

?Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution/problem solving skills a must.
?Proficient in the use of the computer, including Microsoft Office.
?Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base.
?Must be detail oriented and organized.
?Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
?Ability to work independently while being a team player.
?Excellent time management skills.

?Bachelor?s Degree and/or previous experience preferred but not required.
