Adecco is seeking Temporary Recruitment Coordinators (RC's) to contact and recruit local business owners and corporate executives to participate in an exciting community-wide event to raise funds for local families with special medical needs. Seeking candidates with a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a positive environment where your efforts make a difference in the community.

Upbeat energetic personality
Quick thinker & good listener
Ability to handle rejection and create rebuttals
Willing to take direction
Competitive spirit and desire to make difference

Profile of Successful Candidates:
Friendly person that enjoys talking on the phone
Someone that is an activist in the community
Someone that enjoys working in a positive fast paced working environment
Must have the ability to make high volume of outbound calls and meet strict goals
Ability to have personal daily coaching and extensive training from management team
Must be comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision makers

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:15am-3:15pm with Fridays off! Starts January 5th.

Pay: $10.00/hr + incentives
