Job Description About MCPN Metro Community Provider Network (MCPN) is a 501(c) (3) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a 27-year history of providing primary care and other health-related services in a community-based setting. Established in 1989 in response to the primary health care needs of the medically indigent population in suburban Denver, MCPN has the largest population base of any FQHC in Colorado and provides primary care, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, health education and outreach and enrollment services in accordance with its mission. MCPN has one of the largest population bases of any community health center in Colorado. MCPN is dedicated to taking care of our patients and our employees to ensure the best quality of life. This position will be 10% administrative and 90% clinical. Activities will include providing direct clinical services to patients in an integrated primary care setting, assisting and supporting the behavioral health training program, and other department related activities as assigned. This position will provide direct clinical services and interventions to MCPN patients. The successfully chosen candidate will engage in service line development. They will support training activities of the behavioral health training program and collaborate with clinical staff and other MCPN department members to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of behavioral health services to MCPN patients. Further, they will assist in the evaluation of the scope of behavioral health services offered at MCPN for maximization of patient impact, fiscal viability and best practice. Education or Formal Training:Minimum MA/MS in psychology or MSW in social work AND CACIII, or LAC. Will consider Doctorate in Clinical/Counseling Psychology (Ph.D./Psy.D.) AND experience with addictions.
