The primary focus of the position will be identifying, qualifying and placing candidates.WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:To be truly successful as an EXECUTIVE RECRUITER with ForceBrands , you must be passionate about people, brands, and selling! Identifying the right human beings for incredible career opportunities at consumer product companies is a key component to the position. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using The Force Database, networking, referrals, internet recruiting resourcesBe client facing and handle all submittals, follow-up, coordination and negotiationPrepare candidates for Interview process (Interview Preps)Become an expert and ambassador for the brands we supportMaintain and build outstanding client relationships with new and existing clientsPerform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using The Force Database, networking, referrals, internet recruiting resourcesBe client facing and handle all submittals, follow-up, coordination and negotiation Prepare candidates for Interview process (Interview Preps)Become an expert and ambassador for the brands we supportMaintain and build outstanding client relationships with new and existing clients Job Requirements YOU HAVE:Candidate must have a proven and documented track record of success in Sales, Business Consulting, Recruiting, or Field MarketingCandidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)Candidate must be extremely comfortable and adept at client follow-upCandidate must be extremely organized and disciplinedCandidate must value and adhere to providing clients and candidates with an extremely high level of customer service and creating great client experiencesCandidate must be able to use basic features in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)BONUS POINTS:Candidate has experience using SalesForce.com or equivalentCandidate has experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Bachelor's DegreeExperience selling a service or working with Food, Beverage, or Beauty Brands
