Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage records and information - paper and digital
  • Plan and maintain work facilities - shop, showroom, and office
  • Light bookkeeping as needed - primarily AP and order tracking
  • Place orders and track their progress - maintain communication with department heads
  • Provide assistance to management team - light deliveries,
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Design internal systems to streamline communication and create efficiencies
  • Maintain showroom - be available for walk-in customers
  • Communicate with customers with updates on their projects
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, custodial duties, inventory maintenance, etc.)​Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
    • Previous experience in construction and/or manufacturing industries
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
    • Self-Starter and independent thinker
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong leadership qualities
