Senior Lease Analyst
Department: Lease Administration
Reports To: Director of Lease Administration
FLSA Status: Non- Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Abstract and set up new leases. Enter data into MRI (or other software as required)
• Administer office and retail leases
• Analyze and research lease language
• Review SNDAs, estoppels, and other legal documents
• Prepare and analyze annual budgets
• Calculate and analyze operating expenses and real estate tax reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly reforecast
• Analyze/process rents including opex/retax and other
• Track critical dates
• Track and maintain Certificate of Insurance, Security Deposits and Letters of Credit
• Process monthly rents, CPI increases and other rent adjustments
• Research and identify monthly revenue variances
• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports
• Interact with Tenants, Property Managers and Asset Managers on lease administration issues
• Maintain Database integrity
• Maintain manual files
• Prepare correspondence
• Filing, Copying & Scanning
• Special projects and other duties may be assigned
• Provide assistance to Director of Lease Administration in reviewing various schedules

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven organizational skills and exceptional attention to details
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. MRI software experience preferred
• Self-motivated. Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks/activities and meet customer expectations




• Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues as well as other departments, managers, clients, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and take the initiative to investigate and resolve problems using sound judgment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding job assignments and sensitive issues and
respond to changing environment circumstances
• Ability to perform assigned work in allotted time
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary
