Our expertise is derived from 20 years of delivering world class IT staffing services to Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies in the US, Canada, and Europe <br>&nbsp;<br><B>Responsibilities:</B><br>&bull; The IT Recruiter / Resource Development Manager or RDM is responsible for developing relationships with IT consultants in order to place them on assignment with Modis&rsquo; clients. <br>&bull; This role will focus mainly on supporting our large/vendor-managed clients in Chicago.<br>&bull; This is a new role for the office<br>&bull; Will be expected to delivery immediately and help build large client team.<br>&bull; Maintain and further develop relationships with the IT consultants to build a long lasting commitment to Modis.<br>&bull; Additional duties include: sourcing candidates, qualifying candidates, negotiating pay rates, consultant relationship building, database maintenance<br>&nbsp;<br><B>Requirements:</B><br>&bull; Ideally targeting someone with 2-3 years&rsquo; IT recruiting experience in similar customer-facing role. &nbsp;<br>&bull; Extreme attention to deal and organization is required.<br>&bull; Not looking for contract recruiters/job hoppers&mdash;we want someone who is looking for a career.<br>&bull; Ideally comfortable working with various VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, PeopleClick)<br>&bull; Should have an expert level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<br>&bull; Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of various technologies and come from an IT recruiting background.<br>&bull; Candidates must possess exceptional communication and phone skills and a great personality<br>&bull; Must be highly organized and EXTREMELY success motivated.<br>&bull; Must possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.<br>&bull; Must not be afraid of the phone. &nbsp;Expectations are 300+ calls per week.<br>&bull; Strong desire to be a top performer.<br>&bull; Biggest thing = we want results. &nbsp;Come in and prove yourself!!<br>&nbsp;<br><B>HOW TO APPLY</B><br>&nbsp;<br>Qualified and local individuals are invited to apply for immediate consideration. &nbsp;Please send your updated word resume (Email Address Withheld by Request). <br>&nbsp;<br>Please, no phone calls regarding this position.<br>&nbsp;<br></span>
