Will you join us and help us transform patient’s lives.To help us meet our ambitions and provide the best solutions to patients, we are currently seeking a talented individual to work as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Primary Care and some specialty.The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be the point of contact promoting and representing our portfolio products within key stakeholders located in the local territory. Each Pharmaceutical Sales Rep will execute provider- and practice-level strategies as pre-specified in the strategic plan. In addition, each one of our Representatives will own the execution of commercial strategic initiatives for physicians with affiliated providers, practices and facilities.The execution of this strategy will drive impact for patients, add value for Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and increase performance of our brands. This position will own the working relationship with physicians, other key practice-based providers, nursing groups and Long Term Care (LTC) providers and personnel. Our Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team will work to alleviate barriers for appropriate patients and enhance the availability of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to patients.Major account-abilities include the following:
  • In partnership with each physician and practice manager, develop portfolio-wide account plans with clear objectives and targets
  • Partner with manager and other relevant members to design account-specific strategies that support local pull-through of commercial strategies
  • Attain objectives relating to his/her execution of assigned portions of the plan and achievement of objectives
  • Work cross-functionally in order to implement plans aligning to the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative role
  • Develop relationships with key providers and stakeholders within a local territory. .Specifically, during the course of daily customer interactions, identify administrative customers with important unmet needs who should be prioritized
  • Proactively review performance trends, plan execution and needs and opportunities with colleaguesMinimum Requirements:
    • Some college coursework completed and preferably in business or science
    • Strong sales ability and successful outside sales experience is preferred
    • Excellence in account management, relationship development, internal asset coordination and account penetration
    • Completion of pharmaceutical sales training
    • Ability to deliver sales results
    • Must be able to complete industry certifications and acquire healthcare credentials
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal:
    • Ability to clearly convey information and ideas in a manner that engages audience and helps them understand and retain message
    • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to meet customer needs while acting in the best interest of patients and the organization
    • Effective presentation skills on a one-to-one and small group (10 -15 people) basis
    • Impacts and influences others by creating a professional and polished image of self
