These products and services include development of build-to-suit facilities, build-to-suit opportunities, development services on a fee basis, specialized development of healthcare facilities, strategic joint ventures and capital programs, and traditional multi-tenant speculative development.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordination of project specific tasks including drafting project proposals, new construction coordination, updating project schedules, reviewing payment applications, processing project and administrative invoices, and producing monthly progress reports for capital partners and lenders. Attends job meetings, prepares meeting minutes and documentation for the project(s) and for the Atlanta Business Unit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Coordination of new construction projects and other project specific activities, including acting as the liaison with tenants, clients, capital partners, lenders, contractors, and municipalities for general correspondence and documentation.

Administers construction contracts, architecture contracts, loan documents, and capital partner joint venture agreements.

Maintains and updates project schedules.

Reviews payment applications monthly; produces related project progress reports for capital partners and lenders.

Attends project meetings with development management team; takes minutes, prepares and distributes project status documentation.

Responds to general inquiries concerning business activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Types, formats, and produces documents such as investment committee memorandums, project proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports. Copies and files all documents manually and electronically.

Coordinates project marketing and branding events with outside vendors, brokers and attendees.

Maintains team resumes to be used in client proposals and presentations, and reviews formatting of client presentations.

Manages references and maintains a completed and active project case study library.

Coordinates RFP's, proposals, and other standard documents. Reviews formatting and proof reads proposals.

Establishes and maintains project record keeping and filing systems; classifies sorts and files correspondence, records documents manually and electronically.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, with business, engineering, or architecture background preferred. 2-3 years of direct experience in commercial real estate construction and/or development may substitute for a technical degree.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal or external constituents.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial and real estate terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires basic analytical skills. Experience with InDesign and/or a desire to learn InDesign is a preferred.
