The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can handle maintenance tasks of various complexities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues and breakdowns in a timely manner. Update maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance machine reliability and minimize downtime. Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and practices. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Proficient in using hand and power tools Effective communication skills Time management and decision-making skills Certification in Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, or related field is advantageous
