With 20 team members and expanded function assistants supporting production, we offer a strong clinical environment and modern technology. West Plains is a bustling town that is a shopping and medical hub of south central Missouri with a Community College and many scenic floating rivers and outdoor activities galore. Schedule 4 days per week Flexible hours available Reports to one location only Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Perform extractions and basic exodontia procedures Diagnose conditions and present treatment plans Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care Collaborate with a highly skilled clinical team Utilize Open Dental software Maintain accurate clinical documentation Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience Basic proficiency in extractions is required Team-oriented mindset Compassionate and patient-focused Strong communication skills Pay & Compensation Guaranteed base salary of $300,000 Total earning potential up to $600,000 32% of adjusted production $10,000 signing bonus Paid CE after 1 year Dental benefits Clinical autonomy Career advancement opportunities Partnership opportunity possible Modern technology and newer instruments This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist who values teamwork, strong earning potential, and long-term growth.
