Occupational Therapy Assistant

Assist licensed occupational therapists in evaluating patients' athletic performance and recovery needs. Implement therapy plans and demonstrate exercises that meet the specific requirements of each patient. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to therapists to adapt plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about the therapy process and maintenance exercises. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with therapy protocols. Support the therapy team with administrative tasks and equipment management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and therapy plans. Proficient in using therapy equipment and implementing exercises. Keen observational skills and ability to assess patient progress. Capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
