Fleet Maintenance Manager

This pivotal role will oversee the maintenance of our extensive fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all transportation regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, developing maintenance strategies, and optimizing vehicle performance to support our commitment to excellent service delivery. Oversee routine and ad-hoc maintenance of all fleet vehicles. Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and maintenance staff. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure high operational availability and compliance with industry standards. Monitor and control maintenance costs and budgets. Collaborate with logistic and supply chain teams to streamline operations. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Regularly report on fleet operation status and maintenance progress to senior management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of commercial vehicles. Proficiency in fleet management software. Excellent problem-solving skills.
