Cardiology opening in Ellsworth, Maine. This and other physician jobs brought to you by DocCafe.com A health system is offering a unique opportunity for a board certified non-invasive cardiologist to join a well-established, thriving, hospital-employed practice. You will be the only cardiologist in the practice and you will collaborate with another cardiologist at the hospital. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and you will take call during working hours. If hired, you can expect to see 16 to 18 patients per day on average. Stress tests and echoes are done at the hospital. This position requires a three year IM residency and then a three to four year cardiology fellowship. This employed position offers a robust compensation and benefits package. You will receive loan repayment, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, medical benefits, 40 days of PTO that includes CME time, $5,000 CME stipend, a 403b retirement plan, and malpractice coverage.
