SummaryThe MIL Corporation seeks a functional trainer to support one of our Federal clients in Washington, DC, who are upgrading their core Momentum financial system and related applications. This role includes development of training materials on system functionality and client business processes, scheduling and conducting classroom training sessions, and creation of procedures and desktop guides. This role requires strong learning skills, understanding of federal financial processes, and ongoing user interaction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop training/reference guide materialsMaintain knowledge base on client SharePoint siteTrain users of the financial system and related applications and processesProvide guidance and walk-through for individuals and group usersCoordinate and schedule training classesDevelop, review and update Standard Operating ProceduresRequired QualificationsExcellent training and presentation skillsExcellent knowledge of financial and business systemsExperience with financial applicationsExperience with SharePointDetail-oriented while clear on the " Big picture"Excellent customer service, communication, and support skillsDesired Qualifications7 years of experience supporting federal financial systemsExperience with Momentum financial systemEducationBA/BSClearanceAll applicants for this position must be able to pass a government background check.
