This role manages the systems engineering resources supporting Agile teams to ensure system application requirements and user stories are ready for implementation. This role manages resources to support software systems development, including documenting system application requirements, system interfaces, and data sources and, supporting technical planning, development, integration, and verification and validation. This role manages resources for refining customer roadmaps, enterprise epics, and strategic requirements into detailed requirements and actionable user stories to be delivered by the entire team. This role manages resources that coordinate with the Scrum Master to prioritize user stories that realize customer requirements. Duties also include implementing flexible cross training to provide systems engineering, software development, training, security, and testing. This role is responsible for technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding. Evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems. Duties include performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance. May serve as a mentor to others. Basic Qualifications Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience. Years of experience may be used in lieu of degree. ship is required.
