Date: May 14, 2020 Primary Skill Set Required: Testing Responsibilities: Expertise with VoIP based application platforms - Ring Central, Ribbon (ICS) Cloud VoIP, IP Flex, etc.Experience with Contact Centre based application platforms - Five9, IP Toll Free 360, etc.Experience with VoIP/IVR-ECR/IP ACD/IP PBX/SBC etc. covering the E2E call flows.Telecom protocols ranging from SS7, SIP, ISDN, MGCP, SGCP, MIME, MRCP, V-XML.Hands on experience on Linux, SQL, Shell scripting and Perl/PHP/python/ TCL scripting, SIPp, etc.Exposure around VoIP Test Automation of the E2E call flows via 3P tools - IXIA/Spirent/Empirix/etc.Good understanding of Telecom and Mobile (4G, 3G, 2G) networks technology and working experience. Excellent understanding of 3GPP Standards, Protocols, Procedures & Call flows. Agile Delivery:
  • Experience in Agile Software/Test Delivery Lifecycle, agile delivery framework, PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Tracking, Daily Standup Meeting, Sprint Demo Reviews. Certifications:
    • CCNA or equivalent (Routing & Switching) We are looking for the following Experience and Skills:
      • Complete understanding of SDLC and test processes
      • Expertise in providing Testing solutions, and design test Approach, Methodology for E2E flow.
      • Experience with E2E test processes and has been part of test team responsible for e2e test work.
      • Expertise in Requirement Analysis, defining Test Plan & Strategy, Test Design, and responsible for driving E2E Test Execution as part of the agile scrum-based model. Experience in defining TOLs from the use cases and establishing traceabilityPrepare and Review the test cases for the TOLs & Identify test data requirementManage Test Environments and report anomalies in the test environmentExpertise in PI Planning, Parallel execution, Sprint based delivery models and Backlog groomingExpertise in Test Management Tools, Test Reporting, Metrics/KPIsConduct periodic defect triage meeting for defect resolution as part of the scrum team.System testing, supporting UAT, Stress testing and Performance Testing.Experience with all aspects of platform testing - service provisioning, call processing, usage record creation, reporting, alarms, operationsUnderstand the test requirements and Plan the test pipeline, test timelines and engage the team in completing testcase design and tests. Responsible for test work, timelines and test coverage.Validation with solution architect team to ensure the correct call flow, clearly and accurately detail and discuss the discrepancies, anomalies or issues with the test case.Get along with required partners in terms of following up on feature transparency, Test requirements, Test setup readiness and status reporting.Understanding of test automation processes and frameworks.Assist in Backlog Grooming for Regression, Progression and Automation development teams!Track of all results of analysis and defect management using Tools like HP Quality Center, JIRA, etc.Good English communication skills with both speaking and written. Experience Level: 10+ years of Testing Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering. MBA Preferred.
