You would be completing a punch out list and final touches before the homeowner would move into the home. Closet Shelving Cut wire shelving to size Follow shelving template to pre-drill holes and fasten closet shelves to the wall Shower Doors Install shower door kits and custom shower doors Mirrors Cut glass to size Measure and mount mirror(s) to wall ensuring they are level Hardware Fasten and attach hardware to cabinets in kitchens and/or bathrooms Mount towel racks and toilet paper holders to walls General Load/unload materials Communicate directly to the customer/builder when necessary Other duties as assigned High School Diploma or GED 0-5 years experience in construction industry, completing remodels or finish work within a home Proficient in using hand and power tools, tape measure, laser level and laser measuring tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work independently in residential homes or commercial projects Familiar with inspector guidelines and safety precautions Attention to detail Analytical and problem solving skills Basic math skills Work in a dynamic environment Valid drivers license to drive a company vehicle Bilingual is a Plus Position requires a drug test and motor vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
