Title:Senior Technical RecruiterKBR is seeking a talented, customer-focused Senior Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for fueling the rapid growth of our organization. In this position you will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for cleared positions in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Day to day support may vary, but the typical Department of Defense customers you will support include NSA, Army, Navy and Air Force. You will function as a member of the Human Resources team and be responsible for executing strategies that support the organization's hiring needs. Bring fresh ideas to help market KBR positions to targeted talent populations. Help our nation's military and other agencies, by recruiting talent to develop and deploy technology that helps protect our nation, its citizens and those of our allies. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and2+ years or HS and 4+ years of experience required.* Strong sourcing expertise is required.* Experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment.* 3+ years of recruiting experience in full lifecycle recruitment is desired..Additional Qualifications: * General working knowledge of related HR disciplines.* Familiarity with government regulations in primary area of specialization.* Strong analytical skills/problem-solving skills.* PC application software skills, specifically spreadsheet and word processing skills.* Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.* Strong customer service orientation (i.e., listening, follow-through, willingness to help).* Ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or work environments * Scheduled Weekly Hours:40
