Rear/Front Load Driver FULL-TIME $21.35/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus, see details below Starting hourly wage is $21.35/hr up to $24.71/hr DOE. Duties include operating trucks safely and efficiently such Refuse Truck, Rear or Front Load, and other equipment as needed. Other duties include driver services, customer dumpsters, bins and containers in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas. Also, the driver is required to unload waste at our facilities. Ensuring all assigned work is completed. Performing pre-trip inspections and complete log before operating vehicle. Interact with customers, emptying customer dumpsters and bins (recycling, including food waste). Delivering of waste to the facility for processing. Maintaining daily customer billing computer or paperwork and maintaining the dumpsters and bins and make replacement recommendations. Checking account for contamination. Other duties required. SEA-02 WS-02 WS-LC Schedule Shift start: Based on route Shift length: 10 hours 5 days a week, Must be available for weekends Benefits

    • Must pass drug screen
    • Must pass background check
    • Can lift 50 lbs
    • Must be at least 21+ years old Clean CDL Class B Valid DOT Medical card Manual truck experience 1 year of commercial experience Lifting and moving heavy dumpsters Knowledge of OSHA/WISHA requirements including wearing PPE Solid Waste Industry preferred but not required. Ability to work in all seasons and all weather conditions $1000 new hire incentive Employee will receive a $1000 bonus after the 500 hour probationary period has been fulfilled.
