The Analyst will be responsible for working with various stakeholders, such as the Enterprise Information Security (EIS), Data Management & Insight (DM&I), Technology Risk Management (TRM), Independent Risk Management (IRM), business lines, and technology partners to ensure EDT?s compliance with the applicable data and tool policies and regulations. The Analyst will also work with various teams to identify potential gaps, develop operational procedures and remediation plans, and ensure tasks are carried out by the various teams to remediate identified gaps when necessary. The Analyst?will develop monitoring metrics and set up appropriate controls to ensure EDT?s continuous compliance with applicable policies and regulations.Required Qualifications5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both1+ year of experience using data and analytics to inform and develop risk mitigation strategies1+ year of technical documentation and publication experienceDesired QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of database auditing and administrationProven experience with conducting risk and process assessmentsKnowledge and understanding of Regulatory Risk and Compliance policies and programsExperience with information security and risk management including: policy and standards, information security assessment, and mitigation solution design and implementationRisk management and mitigation experienceExposure to Wells Fargo s Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)Other Desired Qualifications Highly organized Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Self starter/self directedJob ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 5% of the timeSalary InformationThe salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.NC-Charlotte: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000Street AddressNC-Charlotte: 301 S Tryon St - Charlotte, NCDisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
