This may include language, academic and self-help goals such as toilet training, eating, etc.-- Actively participates in meetings and staff training programs designed to increase overall skills-- Always communicates in a professional and respectful manner with parents, supervisors, and patients.---- Always maintain client/patient confidentiality Mandatory to work with materials provided or approved by the direct supervisor. Functions as an active member of the treatment team Works with clients, consultants, staff, families, and community to implement patients' treatment plans Effectively responds to and manages crisis situations which may include client physical aggression Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner Follows Bay Area Behavior Consultants, LLC policies and procedures Valid Driver's License DMV report and proof of auto insurance.
