This position works with the Program Manager to oversee execution and analytics/reporting to achieve desired results across the transformation portfolio. This position will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the enterprise to drive change and understand transformation progress through all phases of the transformation lifecycle. Qualifications:5 or more years of related experience in either Agile Project Management or Voluntary Benefits Operations A bachelors degree requiredA program management professional (PgMP) certificationJob ResponsibilitiesLeads the scrum team as the decision maker for scope, priorities, and acceptance of delivery, ultimately responsible for driving collaboration and ensuring that the backlog delivered is aligned to customer and strategic goals.Builds, edits, and maintains the team backlog, defined in the context of the target platform and strategic vision.Defines stories, provides clarifications to assist the team, and accepts user stories that have completed all testing.Incorporates input from business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering into the team level backlog. Maintains customer needs, validates solutions, and improves user experiences through partnership with user experience (UX) strategist to assess tradeoffs and incorporate UX designs in features.Prepares for and participates in Program Increment (PI) Planning.Reviews and contributes to program vision, roadmap, and content presentations.Leads Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and demos of teams working software to stakeholders.Must exhibit agile behaviors of leadership, determination, collaboration, and customer centricity. (This includes demonstrating decision making skills, accountability, and desire to take on a growth opportunity, etc and have the other items listed as job requirements.)
