Responsibilities: -Onboarding of new employees -New hire documentation -Reviews company policies and procedures with new hires and answers general new hire questions -Assist with background checks and CMS compliance checks -Creates, maintains and audits employee personnel records -Assist with explanation and administration of employee benefits program -Explanation of employee benefits offerings -Ensures smooth and compliant benefits enrollment process -Ensures timely completion/posting of forms, reports, logs, and record -Maintains job descriptions, compensation plans Requirements: - -High School Diploma required -Advanced education or certifications preferred -3-5 years' experience in similar role -Experience working in call centers -Microsoft Office applications *This role does not provide H-1B sponsorship. - -
