What will you do You'll play the leading role in developing and executing our performance marketing strategy- driving lead creation and ultimately revenue- while telling the story of how we help our clients through our website and multi-channel content. Balancing analytical rigor and creative spirit, you'll use your deep knowledge of SEM, website optimization, and content strategies to drive traffic and conversions. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams and your success will have an immediate impact on the company's growth. More specifically, you'll be responsible for - Helping build, plan, and execute a growth strategy informed by company goals Create, manage, and optimize acquisition strategies and campaigns across a variety of digital channels Working with content, design, product, and others to optimize our website to always provide the most value for those learning to make work better Building, executing, and optimizing our SEO and SEM strategy and tactics Evaluating and testing new channels, tactics, positioning, messaging, and more, and sharing what you've learned with others to inform their efforts Tracking, analyzing, and sharing most relevant metrics and other observations Thinking outside the box, from digital to events to email and everything in between, you'll be developing, testing, and measuring new ideas to drive awareness, value, pipeline, and revenue Requirements Key Skills and Traits: You have a minimum of 5 years of performance marketing experience (experience in B2B SaaS is a big plus!) You've helped develop and execute effective growth marketing strategies You're an expert in digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, online display, remarketing, and more You understand digital marketing best practices and can design, execute, validate, and report on A/B and multivariate tests You're skilled at defining content and criteria to segment target audiences You've successfully incorporated more traditional marketing tactics in your campaigns including email and webinars Strong project and relationship-building skills, with the ability to own and drive campaigns from beginning to end You're strategic, entrepreneurial in spirit, curious, are a quick learner, and get stuff done, well You have experience working in a fast-paced work environment You enjoy writing the playbook as much as you enjoy executing it You're excited to take on a key role for Detroit's next breakthrough B2B technology company Anything that will make me stand out Experience working directly for a fast-growing technology startup Experience building and growing software categories, both strategically and tactically Sift is built by people for people.
