Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Software Architect with a strong IAM background in implementing IAM products and solutions with a particular emphasis on SailPoint Identity Governance and Lifecycle Manager. You will actively identify and mitigate a wide range of cyber risks and will also work closely with a variety of agency stakeholders, supporting their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges. Your future duties and responsibilities: Your future duties and responsibilities * Address architectural changes to the system as required, to conform to the PTOs Enterprise Architecture. * Experience in business process engineering to improve automation using an IAM system. * Provide architectural runway and ongoing IAM solution guidance and leadership to development teams. * Experience in defining and maintaining the architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards and guidelines related to systems, business or data architecture. * Experience in providing technical and architectural subject matter expertise to the various teams including communicating architectural decisions and mentoring other technical staff around the various development technologies and decisions. * Experience in reviewing and assessing development design to ensure robustness, adherence to standards and processes, delivery of stable and scalable solutions, and that risk mitigation and controls are in place. * In depth experience in collaborating with teams concerned with development, networking and/or project management to coordinate changes and support enterprise technology initiatives. * In depth experience in collaborating with teams concerned with development, networking and/or project management to coordinate changes and support enterprise technology initiatives. * Experience in conducting studies of new technologies to provide more efficient and cost effective solutions. * Define and develop documentation of architectural designs, standards and processes that could affect applications under development or in production or state of data or business architecture. * Support IAM Program in performing additional analysis, troubleshooting of existing or new issues and support them as they perform their user acceptance testing responsibilities. * Work closely with the IAM Development, operations and Program Management team in managing and integrating Sailpoint IdentityIQ with applications such as, LDAP, Windows Active Directory, Mainframe, Service Now and Databases Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Required qualifications to be successful in this role * 7+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access management (IAM) solution as a Senior Architect * 3+ years of deep experience supporting Sailpoint IdentityIQ as a Sr. Architect role in a large scale enterprise environment. * Deep understanding of Identity governance and administration, risk and compliance, Application Development and Information security preferably in federal government clients. * Exposure to a variety of IAM technologies (SailPoint, CA, IBM, BMC, Sun, Oracle, ForgeRock, CyberArk ) deployed on multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and dataflow within these components. * Good understanding of CI/CD and release management processes. * Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL. * Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers (Oracle Weblogic/Tomcat/JBoss), HTML. * Experience with IAM systems on both Windows and UNIX (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms. * Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL). * Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD). * Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus. * Experience with RBAC, certification and SecurityIQ. #LI-EG1 Skills: * Identity and Access Mgt (IAM) * Java * Software Architecture What you can expect from us: Build your career with us.
