It all begins with you.Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.Resiliency Solutions is responsible for independent execution of risk mitigating and centralized operational processing in support of certain key regulations with enterprise-wide impact. Our mission is to provide strategic advice, subject matter expertise, innovative solutions, and effective tools to Wells Fargo businesses around the world.The End User Computing Tools (EUCT) team is responsible for maintaining the company-wide governance approach to comply with the EUCT policy, manage EUCT risks and actions to support remediation of EUCT risks, including a technology solution to inventory tools and reporting of EUCT risk.The Operational Risk Consultant should be recognized as a thought leader who takes initiative to achieve team goals and seeks opportunities to improve and enhance processes.Specific job responsibilities include:1. Execute monitoring activities to ensure compliance with EUCT policy requirements2. Interpret and consolidate information into reporting that is digestible to leadership and clearly communicates the risk of non-compliance with policy and end user computing tools risk3. Support business partners in remediating non-compliance with the EUCT policy4. Analyze data to identify trends and root causes to assess risks5. Develop enterprise wide remediation activities to address underlying thematic issues6. Act as an end user computing tool subject matter expert to educate partners on requirements and implement effective monitoring routines

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

      • Experience providing reporting and updates to senior level management
      • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
      • Experience developing new reports
      • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
      • Demonstrated ability to lead change through influencing skills, being a positive change agent, brokering compromises and meeting deadlines
