Assists the pool manager in overseeing the daily integrity of the Garden of the Gods. Assists in recruiting staff development and general maintenance of the pool's employees. Frequently monitors the Garden of the gods public and employee areas to ensure the highest possible standard relating to safety, facility quality and overarching guest satisfaction. Maintains daily records to track all actives as well as anticipate all future needs and challenges. Assist in facility and staff supervision and analysis. Monitors and tracks revenue generating functions of the Garden of the gods. Assists in developing and implementing programs designed to increase guest satisfaction as well as to stimulate increased revenue. Qualifications: Ability to walk for extended periods of time. Ability to perform reaching motions repeatedly during the shift. Auditory abilities needed for effective and efficient telephone usage and guest communication. Visual abilities and tolerances needed to complete reports and work with the computer for extended periods of time. Ability to stand long periods of heat.
